This page contains possible forms that may be referred to throughout the DPT site or by a sales representative. You have the ability to complete all the forms on the computer, then simply print and submit.

DPT Packet

This is Dealer Parts Trader's customer packet. All new and potential clients receive this packet of information. It contains:
• Welcome Letter
• Policies and Procedures
• SSAG (signed service agreement)
• Data Extraction Form (data extract)

This packet is available in PDF format and is what you need to get signed up with Dealer Parts Trader. Read through the packet and to get started, complete the SSAG and Data Extraction Form. If you wish to submit your own data to us, select the checkbox on the top of the form and sign the bottom. Once it is completed, fax/mail/e-mail it back to our office. Once DPT has received your information it takes us less than one business day to get you set up in our system.

SSAG (signed service agreement)

The signed service agreement states that you understand DPT's policies & procedures and that you agree to the terms. This may be used if a new parts manager comes to a dealership with an existing account.

Data Extract (Data Extraction)

Complete a data extraction form and let DPT automatically pull your data. This is a great hassle-free option for a dealership that uses ADP or Reynolds & Reynolds. If you use another DMS such as Arkona, Autosoft, etc... Our data specialist can walk you through how to get your data submited to us.

PION (Parts Inventory Optimization Network)

This is Dealer Parts Trader's PION agreement. It is very similar to our SSAG but this agreement is specialized for memebers of a dealership group or a 20 group. It includes subscription pricing.
